Please select the appropriate ‘Tuition Payment’ from the pull down menu and then enter your ‘Personal information’, for Registration Purposes, in the Box provided. This information includes; Full Name (as you would like to see it on your Certificate), Email address, Your Physical Address, Profession, Professional Association(s) with Membership Number and, the Course and Date(s) you would like to register for.
